
Meet Megan
Megan McCraren, MS, CCC-SLP
Megan McCraren (formerly Megan Kirk) is a certified speech language pathologist who is passionate about fostering communication and feeding skills in the pediatric population. Megan has diverse experience working in a variety of pediatric settings, including schools and pediatric outpatient clinics. She has treated children of all ages who presented with a wide range of communication and feeding needs. Megan has extensive training and experience working with autism spectrum disorders, and especially enjoys working with people who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
Megan started Sea Glass Pediatric Therapy to focus on supporting families in advocating for a child’s unique learning needs, including using a family-centered approach, and collaborating with other providers and educational teams. Megan is accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Megan strives to provide child led and neurodiversity affirming care to clients of all ages.
When Megan isn’t at work she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her dog Westley.
