Forward with every step
Our approach
Everybody communicates differently.
Our goal is to focus on and enhance meaningful conversation. But what is meaningful conversation? It starts with understanding. We strive to understand what is important in all of our children’s lives, from family to school to their favorite way to pass the time. We meet each child where they are at - not expecting too much yet constantly pushing to hit the next level. We take an individualistic approach to each and every one of our clients. And with each goal that is achieved, we celebrate.
Why Sea Glass?
My fondest memories are those of collecting sea glass with my parents, my sisters, and my cousins.
Our goal is for therapy to invoke fond memories. Each small piece of sea glass I hold, for me, is a reminder of a stroll on the beach. It is a reminder of a time in my life I had enjoyed, even if I do not remember where I specifically collected any piece of individual sea glass. These gentle reminders of positive memories are the environment we strive to create at Sea Glass Pediatric Therapy.
Flexible Therapy Options
Offering in-clinic, in-home, in the community, or teletherapy options.
Not only do we work with you for the best fit for your schedule, we find the best fit for your child’s growth and success. We offer longer therapy sessions, flexibility with scheduling, variability among therapy settings (e.g., teletherapy, in-clinic, in-home, in the community), and an emphasis on collaboration among team members. Our clinic space is centrally located in Seattle, but we are more than happy to work with you on the best solution for your child.
